About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at CTD Tiles, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our HR strategies to align with our company objectives. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong partnerships with our leaders, providing invaluable guidance and support across various HR domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers, guiding them in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute HR strategies that drive our business objectives forward
- Provide expert advice and coaching to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, while also supporting recruitment processes to attract top talent
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment and uphold our strong company culture
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of both managers and employees in HR matters
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Exceptional consultative and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced and agile environment
