A high-status business, with a wide-ranging portfolio of interests, are looking for an experienced?Recruitment Business Partner to work within their resourcing function.

This is recruiting within Construction and Engineering - our client is looking for significant experience in these sectors. This is a must.

Recruitment Specialist / Resourcing Business Partner - Key Objectives

The key focus of this role is to provide a full 360 recruitment service to your key stakeholders - with a big focus on stakeholder management and collaboration. Skilled at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagement this role offers.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders to fully understand the resourcing needs of their areas - both current and future

• Build effective pipelines

• Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified?

• Advise and decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions

• This is a hands on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process

• Field applications, interview, liaise with advertising agencies, headhunt as required

• Manage recruitment from interview to offer stage

Recruitment Specialist / Resourcing Business Partner - Experience Required

• In House recruitment having recruited for Construction / Engineering - this is a must

• Stakeholder Management is key to this role, you will have ownership of managing multiple complex relationships.

• This is an operational resourcing role, managing stakeholder relationships, devising resourcing strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle.?

• Our client is looking for someone who is articulate, credible with exceptional communication skills.
