What is on the to-do list?
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Partners across multiple locations in the UK.
- Drive a proactive and solution-oriented approach within the HR team to ensure commercial effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, spending time meeting stakeholders face to face at regional sites and supporting the development of HRBPs and enhancing their performance.
- Play a pivotal role in the integration processes of acquisitions.
- Act as a key liaison between HR and operational teams, balancing strategic priorities while fostering a collaborative approach.
- Use data and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making to drive further business growth.
Do you have the following?
- A proven track record of leadership and management within HR.
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
- The ability to drive tangible results with a direct impact on the bottom line.
- Experience in managing multi-site operations within a matrix environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Flexibility to travel extensively in the UK during the initial phase of the role.
- Knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
- Strong coaching and development skills to empower teams for success.
Being based in the Midlands to enable easier reach to the UK sites would also be advantageous.
