Working Hours: Temporary position monthly – ongoing
8.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
8.45am to 3.00pm on a Friday
30 minute lunch break
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering switchboard telephone calls, passing on messages and dealing with enquiries
- Scanning and distribution of incoming mail
- Franking and posting of mail
- Maintaining visitor logs and boardroom/meeting room diaries
- General office support duties to ensure the daily smooth operation of the office such as maintenance of stationery supplies, kitchen supplies, preparation of teas and coffees for visitors etc.
- Typing to support the teams and partners.
- Experience of working in a busy professional service office – at least 1 year
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good IT skills.
- Outstanding level of client service.
- Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
