Part Time 28 Hours Per Week
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis for our client, a large manufacturing organisation based in the Livingston.
Responsible include:
- Input purchase invoices and credit notes received
- Match invoices to Goods Received Notes
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing queries i.e. purchasing, stores, and budget holders
- Deal with suppliers for any enquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Ensure adequate budget remains prior to PO approval
- Monitor adhesion to payment terms
- File invoices following payment
Background and experience required:
- Previous accounts payable/Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong communication skills, confident speaking to internal departments and suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Confident IT skills which should include MS Excel and ERP systems
