Office Angels are recruiting for a Junior Sales Coordinator to join a family run manufacturing business based in Trafford Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to take their first step into becoming a sales professional.
Duties will include:
- Inputting new and existing clients onto the system
- Updating records and keeping database up to date
- Answer incoming phone call
- Dealing with queries
- Working with the sales and warehouse departments
- Processing Sales Orders
- Any other administrative tasks as required
We are looking for candidates with:
- Good level of communication
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently.
- Able to take instruction.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform wide range of administrative tasks.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
