We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good attention to detail to join our Administration Team in a busy Property Management Department.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Property Management Department, working with all areas of the team to help and support both communication and service levels provided by Philip James.
The key responsibilities included answering and distributing inbound calls, managing and distributing e-mails received by the department, managing ad hoc requests and general office tasks.
