Position Overview:

As a Commis Chef at Warwick Castle, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment. From assisting with food preparation to supporting the kitchen team in delivering delicious dishes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests leave with smiles on their faces.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Contributing ideas for new dishes and menu items.

Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not essential.

A passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work 3-5 days a week, mainly daytime hours, offering a great work-life balance in the hospitality industry.
