For the successful Facilities Engineer our client is offering:
- Up to £34k Annually
- Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
- Permanent Role
- Company van and tools
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Paid travel time
The role – Facilities Engineer:
- Mobile role working in leisure centres and offices
- Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems
- Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
- General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work
What our client is looking for in a Facilities Engineer:
- Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
- Previous experience in FM or building management services
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Preferred
- Drivers License - Essential
- Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Preferred
Key skills or similar Job titles:
Electrical fitter, electrical technician, installation electrician
