Associate Project Manager /Project Co-ordinator - 6 Month Day Rate Contractor

Your new role
As a Global Projects Coordinator/ Associate Project Manager, for Oncology you will be responsible for the following:
- Support a global platform which facilitates peer-to-peer connection between global experts and local physicians across 25 countries.
- Liaise with local markets at country level to ensure they have provided approved contracts and coordinate the signature process between Eisai and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Coordinate various tasks and deadlines related to speaker briefings, KAM training, HCP contracting, Veeva approvals, and managing the Veeva review and approval process for program materials.
- Process speaker payments and reporting, as well as vendor requests such as payments and contract extensions. Managing the contract with external vendor and tracking the budget for both vendor and honorarium
*Contract position 2 days per week for 6 Months
What are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of contract management processes are essential. Experience with Veeva and vendor management is highly desirable.
- This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting,
- Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses – essential
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures- essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives- essential.
- Intermediate/advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. In addition, a good level of knowledge of databases

- Streamline program operations: The Associate Project Manager /co-ordinator will ensure smooth coordination and execution of program activities, including scheduling consultations, managing communication channels, and tracking progress.
- Enhance program efficiency: Optimise processes and workflows, to reduce administrative burdens, minimise delays, and improve overall program efficiency.
- Improve stakeholder satisfaction: Will work closely with the Global Marketing team, the markets at regional and country level, and HCP experts to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively, resulting in increased stakeholder satisfaction.
- d) Ensure program scalability: Will develop strategies and frameworks to accommodate the program's growth, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability.
- Administrative duties for Global marketing Utilisation of SAP for creation & tracking of Purchase Orders for team. Maintenance of tracker for Global budgets. Create & tracking of Purchase Orders for team.
