We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst II to join our Global Payments & Treasury Service Operations team. This role is in Manchester - HYBRID Model.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution. Identifies areas for improvement and works with technology teams to improve applications for business use.
  • Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives. Provides advice to internal business groups and business analysts on process improvement projects by analyzing business process flows and identifying changes. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Able to deliver Small / medium complexity changes within POD independently.
  • Able to prepare test artifacts (Test plan/ strategy, test completion report, Effort Estimation tools etc.)
  • Trains users on new or enhanced applications and/or systems that are more straightforward in nature.
  • Provide ideas for automation within the projects
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline required, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2- 4 years of total work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge on Payments domain viz Global Clearing channels, SWIFT Message types i.e., MTXXX and MX or ISO20022, Electronic payment workflows etc. is required.
