Job Overview: The company is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Reporter to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English, possess exceptional grammar skills, and be capable of proofing and enhancing the clarity and coherence of various cybersecurity reports. While prior cyber experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proofreading and Editing:

    • Reviewing and editing cybersecurity reports for accuracy, grammar, and coherence.
    • Ensuring that reports adhere to established style guidelines and industry standards.
    • Collaborating with writers and analysts to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
  2. Quality Assurance:

    • Conducting thorough quality assessments of cybersecurity reports to identify and rectify errors.
    • Developing and implementing QA processes to maintain consistent report quality.
    • Providing constructive feedback to writers and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  3. Documentation:

    • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of editing and QA processes.
    • Creating style guides and templates to streamline future report production.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including penetration testers, to ensure cohesive and accurate reporting.
    • Communicating effectively with team members to address queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
  • Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Demonstrated experience in proofreading/editing roles, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (experience in cybersecurity is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
