We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Technology Application Manager to support our CRM and Customer Contact squad in the management of our strategic telephony platform CXone. At times you may be asked to support on the optimisation of Salesforce and related tools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology stack and contribute to the overall efficiency of our business processes.
As our Associate Technology Application Manager - CRM and Customer Contact, you will:
Support the maintenance and operation of CXone, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
Triaging and responding to ServiceNow tickets assigned to CRM and Customer Contact squad
Collaborate with team members to address telephony-related challenges and implement improvements.
Supporting on CXOne Whatsapp as required, reviewing release notes and exploring recommendations/possible impacts
Assist in day-to-day administration and user support for the Salesforce platform, mainly queries relating to CXOne for Salesforce.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for technology processes and configurations.
Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users on applications managed by the squad.
Assist in data cleaning and quality assurance activities as needed.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to resolve problems and understand root cause of an issue
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with telephony platforms desirable
Basic understanding of Salesforce a plus
