SalaryOur client is recruiting a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join its renowned commercial & technology practice.
The practice undertakes an extensive range of high-quality commercial contract, advisory, IT projects and digital business related work.
All members of the team advise on technology and commercial contracts including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.
Our client is active in all sectors, including a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and Technology.
The successful candidate can expect to get involved in a huge range of work, with a fantastic client list which includes in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross border dimension.
The successful candidate might be a commercial lawyer or IT lawyer looking to continue this type of work, or a specialist competition or regulatory lawyer looking to broaden their practice to a wider variety of sectors or work types.
