Requirements
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK/Northern England.
- Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
