The consultancy provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has delivered approvals for schemed of various sizes across all development sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Residential, Retail Commercial, Healthcare, Tourism and Leisure.

Job Purpose:

The opportunity is for an Associate to join the new office in Edinburgh with a clear line of progression through to office Director. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning application and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research and generally play and active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience within housebuilding, consultancy, land promoter or local authority.
• IPI or RTPI accredited degree
