Bedford Adult Learning Disability team is seeking an ASYE social Worker to work in our small dynamic community team.
We are an integrated team with a firm commitment to help Adults with Learning Disabilities live long, healthy and happy lives, with the maximum possible independence.
Within our learning Disability Team, we are investing in creating the right conditions to ensure our Social Workers and Learning Disability Nurses, can work flexibly and are given the capacity to provide the excellent level of support and attention needed, to make a real difference to the lives of the people in our community.

As an ASYE Social Worker you will be innovative, person centred and committed to working with adults in a strengths based way. Working collaboratively with service users, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community.
