Due to new projects won in the Southwest region this cash rich family-owned construction contractor are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work within the small works project division.

Small works is a skill in itself, only the strong minded can deal with the complexity of dealing with the live environments that are a day-to-day challenge. Most of the works are framework projects such as health care, education, leisure centres on both new build and refurb construction projects.

Responsibilities under the Senior Site Manager's remit include: Health and Safety, Quality, managing site team and programming of works. The basic requirements can be summed up as follows:

• You must possess the ability to effectively programme site works.
• You will be responsible for all health and safety on site.
• Managing all quality inspections.
• Have ability to drive projects forward effectively
• Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines
• Manage cost, quality, and time of the project with minimal support.

Benefits

Depending on experience our clients are willing to pay up to £65,000 per annum with a pay review occurring on a 6-month basis. You will also receive an additional car allowance or company car depending on your preferred choice. Private healthcare also comes as standard.
