Job Title:Employee Relations Partner - Head Office & Shared ServicesLocation: Frimley, Preston & Various UK sites available - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: c£80,000 - Depending on experienceWhat you'll be doing:
Develop a robust and value add ER plan to support Head Office and Shared Services businesses to deliver their business objectivesWorking predominantly on UK focussed activities, but with an increasing emphasis on International ER solutionsPartner with the business HR Directors and teams on all ER mattersWork effectively across the wider ER teams to deliver seamless servicesResponsible for the integration and delivery of all ER servicesPartner with Trade Unions and Employee Representatives to enable business changeDevelop and integrate insights and data to help inform ER solutionsContribute to wider Corporate ER projects as appropriateCollaborating with the wider ER Partner community across all Sectors and BusinessesIncrease the understanding and capability of our HR colleagues and line managers in ER MattersYour skills and experiences: Extensive Employee Relations knowledge and experience working within a blue-chip organisationDemonstrable experience of working across a complex organisation developing senior stakeholder relationships Exposure to International HR/ER activitiesExperienced leader with good influencing skillsExperience developing data led action plans and solutions Understanding of trade union relationships with the ability to develop positive working relationshipsHR related degree or equivalent experienceBenefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
