Job description

Thousands of children are missing out onvital hours of schooling due to persistent absenteeism. Regular school attendance is important for learning as well as for a child's well-being, mental health, and long-term development.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion to improve outcomes for children and young people who need it most. You will provide bespoke, targeted,and responsive support for persistent and severely absent pupils in our client schools.
We work with more than 6,000 schools across England and Wales and are searching for multiple candidates in our branch locations for full and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

To identify, engageand mentor pupils who are severely or persistently absent from school.

To hold a case load of pupils to engage in mentoring support and to build confidence in learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
