Attendance Officer

Salary range: Grade 9, (NJC scale points 23 - 26 )

£ 32,076 - £ 34,834 FTE

Starting as soon as possible

Permanent, Term time + 5 INSET days

We are seeking a new Attendance Officer to increase the capacity within our team. The successful applicant will support the daily monitoring of student’s attendance, taking specific responsibility for the strategic tracking and oversight of attendance processes, in conjunction with the Attendance Manager.

The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, exceptionally good listening skills, organisation, clarity of thought, emotional resilience and the ability to manipulate data and use tracking systems.

SALARY: This post comes with an actual salary of £ 28,159.00 per annum ( £32,0763 - £ 34,834 FTE), depending on experience (NJC Grade 9, scale points 23-26)

HOURS: 37 hours per week. This role will be required to work during Term Time, and on 5 INSET days throughout the year. The actual annual salary takes this into account.
