Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join University College Birmingham’s Attendance Team as an Attendance Supervisor. You will be supervising an established team tracking, maintaining, and generating registers and attendance ensuring students are receiving the best possible support in their studies.  You will ensure efficiency of processes, systems and procedures in order to enhance the student experience and accuracy of data for the university and external agencies, such as auditors and the UKVI. You will also administer the Mandatory Bursary Scheme.  You will work well independently as well as in a team and have a proven track record of implementing and developing processes and ensuring confidentiality in a client-focussed environment.
