About The Role

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 3 months fixed term contract
Hours: Mondays to Fridays, minimum 27.5 hours over 5 days or full time 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road, Bristol, Hybrid working with a minimum 3 days in the office

This role sits at the centre of Attractions & Live Experiences and provides all aspects of project management, licensing, concept creation and managing external client relationships.

About You

We’re looking for candidates with excellent admin and organisational skills and project management skills are key.

Candidates will need previous experience of organising travel, issuing contracts, liaising with clients and presentation skills. You will be communicating and pitching to events and festival organisers and venues as well as working alongside our archiving department to confirm exhibition content, marketing assets and plans.

Events management experience would be ideal but not essential as this is a temporary position and marketing experience would be a bonus.
