Form of workOur client is an established firm of property advisers working with clients in the residential, commercial, and rural property sectors.
They are currently seeking an Auctioneer on a full or part time basis to run their successful machinery and agricultural auctions department who ideally has a background in rural practice surveying and land agency.
As the principal Auctioneer within the auctions team, you will work closely with the Auctions co-ordinator and be involved in a wide variety of sales across the Midlands from traditional on-farm dispersal auctions, collective machinery auctions, fodder and produce sales and online timed auctions. This varied role will require you to take on existing clients as well as win new instructions.
Candidates will be personable with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and motivated, whilst being commercially focused and of course have previous auctioneer experience.
