SalaryWe are currently looking for a Audience Insights & Engagement Assistant to join our Audience Engagement & Insights team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide important administrative support to the newly created Audience Engagement and Insights team, across its three main strands of work: data insights and analysis, email marketing and membership.
The Audience Engagement & Insights team will drive all our audience relationships through excellent CRM and segmentation, and complement the Marketing Campaigns and Digital Engagement teams who deliver audiences for each performance or exhibition. The team will also be responsible for the Southbank Centre Membership schemes, the growth of which is critical to our success in nurturing loyal audiences, and a critical revenue stream
