Job Title: Audio Visual Project Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of complex AV projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project delivery, encompassing client liaison, meticulous planning, technical design implementation, coordination, and financial management. This dynamic position involves travel to project sites and design team meetings, ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Oversee and manage complex AV projects from initiation to completion.
* Ensure adherence to functional and technical performance specifications, quality standards, legal requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
* Proactively manage relationships with internal and external clients.
Planning and Coordination:
* Review project deliverables to ensure alignment with labor, material, and technical requirements.
* Coordinate and conduct site visits, meetings, and surveys.
* Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Provide internal and external project progress reports.
* Prepare and maintain project paperwork and reports.
* Ensure comprehensive documentation of all technical aspects throughout the project.
Financial Management:
* Monitor project costs, ensuring monthly/periodic valuations and applications are processed.
* Implement project cost control measures.
* Facilitate project variation and cost control processes.
Project Completion and Handover:
* Deliver a fully functional AV system to the end user.
* Coordinate the handover process and provide training as required.
* Obtain client team sign-off and ensure timely invoicing.
Health and Safety Compliance:
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations specific to each project.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in managing complex Audio Visual projects.
* Strong understanding of technical design implementation and project delivery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel to project sites and attend design team meetings
