As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading audits and managing a portfolio of diverse clients. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audits from planning to completion for a varied client portfolio.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing on-the-job training.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Proven experience in managing audits and leading teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
