Think Trevor James is working with a Top 30 accountancy practice based in Northampton looking for a technically brilliant, solution-focused candidate looking to work with their ambitious, knowledgeable and growing audit Senior Team as an Audit Associate Director/RI to help clients deliver their business strategies and goals.

The candidate must be ACCA/ACA qualified with RI experience.
Responsibilities:
- To help support and manage exceptional delivery of Audit & Assurance services for their client base
- Responsible for the financial performance and management of a portfolio of audit clients
- Develop a strong commercial understanding of the client's businesses and any developments within it, identifying opportunities for our other service lines
- Ensure that the firm's risk management and quality control procedures are always adhered to
- Play an integral role in the recruitment, retention, training, development and motivation of the Audit & Assurance team
- Acting as a representative of the firm - participating in office marketing events, sector specific events, writing blogs and technical articles
- Driving existing and new revenue initiatives, implementing operational efficiencies and delivering client service to the highest standard.
- Commercially minded and able to develop business in new and existing clients
- Work with the Senior Leadership team supporting on strategy and business planning
- Winning and delivering assignments as necessary to achieve annual targets
- Maintain quality of services delivered to clients
