Our client is on the lookout for a meticulous and compliance-focused individual to join their dynamic Compliance Team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding a robust assurance and compliance framework across the entire business.
As the Audit and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation adheres to industry regulations and standards. Your primary objective will be to oversee and manage all aspects of audit and compliance procedures, guaranteeing the operations align with legal requirements and industry best practices. By implementing robust auditing processes and monitoring compliance frameworks, you will contribute significantly to maintaining the integrity and quality of our clients training programmes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall compliance posture. Key Responsibilities
As an Audit & Compliance Manager, you will
Showcase a wealth of experience in compliance, highlighting a proven history of delivering top-notch assurance and compliance projects.
Assist in driving the schedule of assurance projects, ensuring adherence to regulations across all business sectors.
Spearhead the creation and implementation of internal compliance testing, furnishing essential insights to the team.
Assume responsibility for driving corrective measures and developmental efforts within established timelines.
Aid in ongoing improvement endeavors, ensuring policies, procedures, and documentation remain current with regulatory shifts.
Play an active role in performance evaluations and training and development efforts.
Experience and Skills
As an Audit & Compliance Manager, we expect you to have
Extensive experience in audit and compliance roles, preferably within the education or training sector
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to training providers
Proven ability to lead and manage assurance engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
