The company we are recruiting for has expanded through a number of large acquisitions and this is a newly created position to support this.

Created as an Audit Director role, this has a clear route of progression available into the Partnership.

Kind of like the best of both worlds, they are large enough that you have heard of them, but small enough that you will be a visible person within the business.

In terms of salary, we are almost in blank cheque territory. … They want to attract the right person for this role and have the budget to back it.

Compared to firms in the Top 10, they can better the salaries and offer a better work life balance.

You’ll also have a level of autonomy that you just don’t get in the larger firms.
