Due to growth the business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer. This role would be great for an experienced Administrator with PFI experience.
Description
As an Operations Officer you will:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including providing administrative support to the General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies along with working in line with service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support on internal and external meetings when required.
- Take ownership of project records and the filing management system.
Profile
The successful Operations Officer will have:
- Proven experience in operations ideally within the financial services industry however this is not essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a PFI environment is desirable.
