Chief Operating Officer

£95,000 to £115,000 per annum, plus benefits
Located across Nottinghamshire and East Riding – relocation package available
To drive operational and service excellence, we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO role is a key member of the Executive Leadership team and will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial individual who enjoys working as part of an ambitious team.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners, the Chief Operating Officer will oversee, lead, and develop the Group’s largest services across both our ‘Responding’ and ‘Prevention’ strategies. This will include ensuring key services and effective and sustainable. The COO will also expand, develop and facilitate services for looked after children and young people requiring support and accommodation.
