Our client, an accountancy firm renowned for their collaborative and approachable ethos is looking for an Audit Manager to join their expanding team. You will lead and manage audits, coach trainees, and drive high performance within a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

-Plan, allocate, and support the audit team through assignments.
-Review work within timelines, resolving issues, and providing constructive feedback.
-Engage directly with clients, addressing technical inquiries.
-Oversee staffing and office responsibilities.
-Collaborate on tenders and work-winning initiatives.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working as Audit Manager or in a similar role.
-Experience in leading audits.
-Fully qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent.
-Strong staff management and coaching abilities.
-Proficient in IT, versatile with computer packages.
