Responsibilities:
Plan, allocate, and support the audit team through assignments.
Review work within timelines, resolving issues, and providing constructive feedback.
Engage directly with clients, addressing technical inquiries.
Oversee staffing and office responsibilities.
Collaborate on tenders and work-winning initiatives.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as Audit Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in leading audits.
Fully qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent.
Strong staff management and coaching abilities.
Proficient in IT, versatile with computer packages.
