Audit Manager

Audit Manager Up to £65,000 per annum – Depending on experience & qualifications.

Based in Rugby with Hybrid Working.

Fully Funded Training & Development – Career Progression.

5D are proud to be working in partnership with a leading top 25 accountancy and finance practice based in Rugby.  Working for a variety of successful medium to large businesses, as well as high-net-worth individuals, this successful practice is going through a sustained period of growth.  As a result, we are looking to recruit an Audit Manager. 

This role is right at the front of delivering nothing but the best service to clients. You will have a great opportunity to work across a variety of client groups and sectors, whilst gaining excellent exposure to diverse service needs.

What the role will involve for the Audit Manager.

• Plan, execute and finalise audit assignments.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building relationships based on trust and respect.
• Assist in the development of both systems and procedures.
• Manage a team of juniors, mentoring and guiding to achieve goals.
• Play an instrumental part of the review process of audit files, making sure completion is aligned with best practice.

What we are looking for in the Audit Manager.

• ACA / ACCA Qualified.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to close deadlines.
• Strong client management experience.
• Confident communication skills, as you will be speaking to, and visiting client’s sites.
• Embrace new challenges, offering a variety of new ideas.
