Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits across a variety of sectors
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven experience in client handling and relationship building
- Commitment to staying current with industry and regulatory developments

Salary: £75,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
