Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, including Audit Assistants and Trainees.
  • Ensuring compliance with all accounting, financial, and regulatory standards.
  • Managing client relationships and business development activities.
  • Contributing to the development of audit strategies and methodologies.

Requirements

  • ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in audit within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
