Description

• Lead and manage audit assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Deliver high quality audit and assurance services to clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review audit work papers and reports.
• Identify and communicate audit issues to senior management.
• Participate in business development activities.

Profile

A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Studying towards professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
