- Lead and manage audit assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver high quality audit and assurance services to clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review audit work papers and reports.
- Identify and communicate audit issues to senior management.
- Participate in business development activities.
Profile
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Studying towards professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
