Description
- Supporting the Audit Senior in conducting comprehensive audits
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant regulations
- Helping in the analysis of accounting data to identify discrepancies
- Collaborating with the finance team in implementing effective financial controls
- Preparing audit working papers and documenting audit tests and findings
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to team initiatives and projects
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Adhering to all professional standards and regulatory requirements related to auditing
Profile
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Be studying for an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA)
- Practical audit experience working in a UK
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
