Job Description
- Leading and supervising audit engagements from start to finish.
- Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect the audit's results.
- Coaching junior members of the audit team.
- Maintaining open communication with management and the audit committee.
- Documenting audit processes and findings.
- Conducting follow-ups on audits to ensure recommended actions have been implemented.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA.
- Proven experience in the professional services industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of audit techniques and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
