Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit assignments ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing on-the-job training and support.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Prepare and review audit documentation and reports for senior management.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and audit strategy.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in audit within a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
