In this role, you will be implementing new processes along with improving existing processes in order to further the efficiency of manufacturing operations. Working as an individual in a close-knit, medium-sized team, there will be a high level of responsibility in reducing the labour requirement in the production environment.
The successful candidate will have strong a Automation Engineering background within a manufacturing environment, and experience improving the efficiency of processes.

The Role

• Take initiative in improving the efficiency of manufacturing operations
• Liaise with client on project requirements
• Take responsibility for the design, specification, and manufacturing process to aid drive quick and sustainable growth
• Communicate with the Operations and New Product Introduction team to ensure efficient methods

The Person

• Automation Engineer experience
• Manufacturing background
• Experience evaluating processes and implementing strategies to improve efficiency
• Experience within the injection moulding industry (desirable)
