Location: Remote - Quarterly office visits (East Midlands)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Xpertise Recruitment are working with a market-leading organisation who are about to embark on an exciting digital transformation, migrating a core platform from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
I am keen to speak with passionate 'quality' leaders who have experience with both strategic and hands-on technical execution of manual and automated practices and processes.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team.
This is predominantly a remote role with visits to the East Midlands based on project requirements.
Your skills and experience
- Experience championing and embedding a 'quality culture'
- Ability to create and drive automated solutions across API and UI
- Broad tooling experience such as Selenium (preferred), Cypress, SpecFlow, Cucumber, GIT
- API testing using Postman/Swagger as well as experience of writing coded API tests in Java (preferred) or C#.
- Performance testing experience with tools such as JMeter
- Cross-browser testing with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs or similar
- Experience deploying, monitoring and configuring Azure, AWS, or similar cloud environments
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A 'can do' attitude, tenacity, drive, initiative and creativity
- A high level of attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for your stakeholders
