We're currently partnered with a Tech for Good business in Leeds who are looking for an Automation Tester to join their growing team.
The business develops a product that has a positive impact on a number of their customers and they are now looking to grow the product further.
Their team is built on great communication and work close together to ensure their product is meeting the needs of their customers. They work collaboratively with other teams across the business where they have an inclusive environment where each member of the team can contribute to new ideas, new designs and architecture.
They are a hardworking team who love to have fun and their working hours are flexible, so long as you're on the morning meeting at 10:30am!
What will you be doing:
- Adhere to best practices and guidelines within the software development lifecycle to maintain and enhance quality assurance
- Manage, develop and implement a test automation framework
- Be responsible for daily tasks that are related to project and non-project requirements to ensure smooth integration of testing
- Work closely with Team Lead, Product Owners and the wider business to set clear objectives to deliver projects on time
- Provide support to the creation of detailed project specifications and designs whilst using technologies that align with their preferred technical architecture
What are we looking for:
- Experience in automation testing across API and Web
- Good RDBMS skills including SQL Server
- Good knowledge in Got source code management
- Experience in Cypress or Selenium for automating tests
- Knowledge of Postman
