Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries regarding DB and some DC pension schemes from members and clients.
- Ensure service level agreements and performance benchmarks are met in collaboration with other Senior members of the ream.
- Offer expertise in addressing technical issues and unique cases.
- Supervise junior associates, verify task accuracy, and offer mentorship and guidance for their growth.
- Contribute to complex projects and offer regular feedback to junior team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve client/member service and share insights with the Team Leader.
- Proven senior experience in administering pension schemes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support less experienced colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset prioritising quality service delivery.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
