Job description

This position is for a highly skilled Marketing Campaigns Manager in the consumer goods and retail industry, who will be responsible for strategising, planning and executing Marketing Campaigns within the B2B markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's marketing efforts, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business strategy.

Description

  • Strategising, planning, and executing Marketing Campaigns in line with the company's business strategy.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Coordinating with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Creating and executing campaigns across digital and traditional into international markets
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on campaign performance.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Profile

A successful Marketing Campaigns Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating managing Marketing Campaigns within the B2B2C or B2B marketplace ideally within both domestic and international markets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Responsoble for managing trade marketing channels both traditional and digital
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and digital platforms.
  • Comfortable travelling to Wolverhampton 4 days a week
