About our role: . As Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with our Partnerships Manager to deliver campaigns to support QA Higher Education in growing its university partnership community. This role is key to supporting our growth ambitions.
You’ll be experienced in managing online and offline engagement campaigns and producing copy to support these.
You’ll have a varied workload, from writing B2B content and collateral, to managing QA Higher Education’s webinars, exhibitions and sponsorships at several sector events throughout the year. Ownership over B2B events will mean a little travel – mostly within the UK but may occasionally take you overseas.

Support the delivery of collateral to facilitate conversations with key sector audiences – this may include flyers, brochures, and case studies.
Brief in any external agencies or internal stakeholders as appropriate ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and execute on all requirements to run a successful exhibit, sponsorship or webinar.
This may include:
Working closely with Designers to create exhibit backdrops and banners.
Managing exhibit set-up and tear down
Project managing stakeholders like internal subject matter experts to curate content to support event sessions.
Support campaign reporting on key metrics as agreed.
Bring your experience:
B2B marketing experience desirable
Demonstrable experience of copy writing for marketing assets (online and offline)
Experience managing events-based marketing campaigns (e.g. webinars, conference exhibits or receptions)
Experience using a webinar-hosting platform would be advantageous but not required.
