B2B Telesales Executive / Account Manager

Up to £30,000 DOE + OTE

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager for an excellent role in Glasgow selling contact sources and data lists within the creative design and advertising media industry.

Access to these products for your customers will allow them to put their services directly in front of the precise people they want to be in business with themselves, therefore it is a highly desirable and extremely cost-effective service for them to invest in.

As well as working from company supplied data you would also be required to research and source your own leads and target potential clients that fit the criteria of being a suitable and profitable customer. Experience of selling advertising, marketing services or data would be of keen interest, but we are also very open to applications from experienced office & telephone-based salespeople from other sectors who are looking to get into a new and niche sales industry now this role is within a sector where there is nowhere near as many competitor companies for you to contend with as most other sales positions have.

It s a completely telephone-based sales position with additional use of social media platforms for selling as well, and it can also be a hybrid role that incorporates working from home some days as well instead of in the office if you wanted to. Applicants must also be LinkedIn users with an active profile, and have used the platform as one of their means of sourcing customers and for keeping up to date with changes and trends within their industry.

Starting basic salary is up to £30,000 depending on and commensurate with experience, and it also comes with first year OTE of between £5,000 - £10,000 which increases year-on-year as you build up your account base. The first year OTE can certainly be exceeded though, it s all down to your own personal performance and results, and the bonus structure is also uncapped meaning there is no ceiling on your potential earnings.
