Requirements:
- 5 GCSE O Levels or Equivalent (min. C grade), including English and Maths and 1 year's Administrative/Clerical experience.
- Previous use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases in an office-based setting.
OR
- 3 years' Administrative/Clerical Experience.
- Previous use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases in an office-based setting.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in general office duties in accordance with local Policies & Procedures, i.e. filing, faxing, and photocopying and data entry.
- Liaise with client, staff and departments internal and external to the Trust to ensure full and efficient service.
- Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action.
- Open, distribute and re-direct mail as appropriate.
- Use IT Systems available to record and produce work of a consistently high standard.
- Maintain standards of confidentiality regarding all information held in respect of service users and professional staff.
- Provide cover for staff during periods of sick/annual leave.
- To deal with day-to-day queries as appropriate.
- Any other duties as appropriate
Working Hours:
o Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm Friday or 9 am to 4.30 pm, rate of pay £11.11 per hour
