Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working with our public sector client in Knockbreda to supply a Band 3 Note Taker to work in the Family and Care Department
The successful candidate will work with an established team to provide an efficient administrative support service to senior managers and social work staff within the Intensive Adolescent Support Team
Key responsibilities will include
- Note Taking
- Receiving telephone calls, deal with enquiries and coordinate information in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner
- Typing, and circulation of correspondence, to include letters, reports, minutes, forms, invitations and leaflets
- Filing of all letters, memos, and reports etc. on a daily basis
- Manage Outlook calendars for senior staff to coordinate staff/team meetings.
The key candidate must demonstrate the following skills and attributes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good organization skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility to work in a changing environment.
Candidates must be conversant in MS Office packages including MS Excel and MS Word
Our client requests that the successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 GCSE`s including English (or equivalent) and a minimum 1-year Administrative experience
